Operating throughout the UK for over 40 years, Strawsons manage a broad portfolio, from small start-ups to multi-national organisations.

The company have an enviable and profitable track record in multi-million pound property development, but they struggle when it comes to branding and marketing their projects.

That’s where The Birch came in, our brief to establish their core branding and create individual identities for their unique developments.

First we created a Strawsons icon of different sizes, colours and perspective, like elements of a stylised building. This design has been applied to the new website, marketing material and company HQ.

Then we gave their projects an individual look, each having its own character and potential, requiring a unique identity and appeal. To date we have branded around a dozen Strawsons projects.
